Designs may involve sketching project
outcomes, establishing a detailed construction schedule highlighting
activities including purchasing materials, beginning tear-out work, and
expected project completion dates for each step.
As a
LEED Certified Structural Engineer,
we design new structures, and remodels, that involve earth-friendly,
“evergreen” materials.
Performing the initial project design
gives us an opportunity to work closely with the client to create the
structure, or remodel a current structure, that will satisfy the functional
or visual desires of the client.
When building
a new structure, the methods of construction and types of materials used are of
equal importance. Our goal is to take the building plans and create an
aesthetically pleasing product that will be function well for years to come. At
